Don’t delay! The best way to rent from us is to reserve your equipment as early as possible!

VERY IMPORTANT:  You must select “Day Before”  or “Day Of” when making your reservation. During high traffic times, we may not be able to accommodate walk-in rentals. Please call to check availability before walking in for rental service!

Please visit – www.wolfcreekski.com for information on ticket and school options. We do not provide lift tickets or lessons. 

Tickets are only available at Wolf Creek Ski Area – the day before from 10a-4pm and the day of from 8a-1p

Pick up options: Day before rentals are allowed to come in between 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm the day prior to their reservation starting. Day of pick-ups can come in anytime after 7:30 am the day their reservation starts.

*All equipment is due back to the shop by 5:00pm on the last day your of rental. Keeping equipment past this time without prior arrangement WILL result in additional charges.

Please respect our guidelines and directions to allow all of us to serve you to get you on the hill as quickly and as safely as possible!

We are encouraging advanced reservations for your Ski or Snowboard equipment.  Please plan ahead. Walk-in equipment (as well as your ability to get last minute lift tickets) during peak periods may be very limited or completely unavailable. Plan ahead!

Reservations must be entered by Paying Groups and with the card that you are going to use for payment, as this will expedite the check-out process. We can not split up groups once they have been put in a group. Changing payment methods at check out takes time. We know your time is valuable, and we have worked hard to streamline and modernize our rental system.

 Reservations must be at least 3 days in advance of your pick-up date to guarantee gear availability.  Blackout dates may apply as Lift Ticket caps at Wolf Creek are met, and rental gear becomes limited at all local shops.

We do not reserve just Helmets – They are available as walk-in rentals. They are available as a request with your reservation for other gear.

If you don’t have a reservation, we will serve you as a Walk-in, as equipment remains available. Please check in at the register, and you will be directed to a Rental Kiosk in the store to place your family (paying group) on the waiting in the queue to be served. Advanced reservations will be handled first. Thanks for your understanding and patience!
