To ensure we have enough gear for everyone, we require online reservations to be made three days in advance. You are always welcome to come to the store as a walk in and rent the gear you need anytime after 1pm the day before or starting at 7:30am the day of. *During holidays and spring break, we suggest you call ahead to check availability.
Replacement cost for lost or damaged equipment will be charged to the card on file.
Unfortunately no, we require a credit card to rent equipment.
Yes, early returns are allowed but are non-refundable.
No, while you can bring your gear back early, you will be charged for the full amount of your reservation. If you are unsure of how long you need your gear, we suggest you rent for the shortest time period, and then call us if you want to extend your reservation.
A credit card is required to make online reservations. Your card will not be charged until you pick up your equipment. At this time, we are unable to change out credit cards once the reservation has been booked.
If the equipment is not performing properly, please come to the shop and we will correct the issue. If you want to change from ski to boarding or vice versa. We will require a new and separate reservation.
